My name is Diana Diniz, the face behind Career Gym.

While working in recruitment & career development for over 12 years I realized that a lot of us are in roles or companies that don’t truly resonate with our purpose & values and when we realize this and feel stuck, we do what “makes sense” and start applying for new jobs…

Two things..

…I notice during my career in recruitment & career development:

  1. Great talents don’t always know how to brand themselves (internally and externally) and therefore don’t land the role they would be the perfect fit for and could add more value
  2. Talents don’t take time to reflect on the current situation and future outcome they wish for themselves. Accepting the next best job/promotion to get out of their current job, to face the same dilemma in the future

Hence Career Gym: guiding professionals towards their sustainable and impactful career choice, through 1-on-1 coaching, workshops and career consulting.

What do I do?

I invite my clients to approach their career in a proactive way. Discovering what they want, their goal and challenging them in this. All to achieve this conscious choice. From receiving what comes your way to creating opportunities for yourself and being ready when the opportunity presents itself.

How do I do that?

I approach coaching with directness and an action driven mindset. Inviting every client to take off their filter from corporate life with the sole purpose of getting more out of it. If people only gain insights during our coaching, I am not satisfied. It is important that they act on those insights and take charge.

Who I work with?

Ambitious professionals, from entry-level to mid-management, who are multilingual that live and worked outside their home country.

    – As Talent Acquisition lead partnering up directly with leadership teams to build and develop highly talented teams

  3. Hello, Hallo, Ola, Hola! I speak 4 languages fluently: English, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish and can conduct business in 3 of them!

My qualifications?

  • BA in International Business
  • Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Co-active Training Institute (CTI)
  • Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
